New JSTOR Platform to Launch Friday, April 4, 2008

We are excited to announce that the new JSTOR platform will be launched on Friday,
April 4. The behind-the-scenes process for switching from the existing JSTOR to the new platform will begin around 7:00 a.m. EST. As a result of Ulrich's product expansion, service for the following products will be temporarily interrupted, starting at 9:00 PM Eastern Time, Friday, December 14:
- Ulrich's Serials Analysis System
This temporary interruption will allow us to put a series of infrastructure enhancements into production. No other ProQuest products or services will be affected by this Ulrich's upgrade.
Full service should be restored by 9:00 PM Eastern Time, Saturday, December 15.

By now we hope you are aware that we are putting the finishing touches to the major redesign of Grove Art Online and Grove Music Online. We are also well on the way to launching our new Art and Music reference content gateways, Oxford Art Online and Oxford Music Online. As with most large construction projects, we have encountered some unexpected delays, but we are now confident that the new resources will be ready for you to use before the end of the year.
