The Central Library of the University of the Aegean invites you to the open meeting for the design (Implementation Planning) of the service e-reserves, under the O.P. "Education" II, "Upgrading the University of the Aegean Library".
The purpose of the meeting is the cooperation between eduactors of the University of the Aegean and the consultants of the company WebCT, to configure the WebCT Vista software in a way that meets the requirements and institutional and academic objectives of the Institution. Teaching and Learning Planning Work Stream focused discussions.
Determine how Univ. of Aegean will manage the rollout vis-à-vis the tasks required in this named work stream.

E-Learning Asset Migration & Management Work Stream focused discussions.
Determine how Univ. of Aegean will manage the rollout vis-à-vis the tasks required in this named work stream (i.e. migration/conversion, template construction & management).

3:15 – 4:15: End-User Support Communication Work
Streams focused discussions. Determine how Univ. of Aegean will manage the rollout vis-à-vis the tasks required in these named work streams.
4:15 – 4:30: Conclusion. Resolve any open concerns;
review next day’s agenda.
The presence of all the educators at this implementation phase of the project is crucial, both to reflect the actual needs and to resolve any questions concerning the specific software.
