The "Kallipos" Repository is a website that collects books, learning aids and objects that cover the entire spectrum of scientific fields of higher education in Greece. The Repository accumulates material produced within the framework of the project "Hellenic Academic Electronic (Text)books”, which assigns produced academic (text)books to academic subjects taught. The repository aims to systematically record, organize and preserve (text)books and learning objects of the academic community on a long-term basis.

The Repository will provide the members of the academic community with the following services:

• Electronic access to Hellenic academic electronic (text)books
• Full-text search for and retrieval of content
• Content organized into learning objects, which can be combined to integrate innovative approaches to higher education courses
• Long-term preservation and permanent availability of the material
